ILR TOEIC test for English.

Hi,

I am applying for ILR soon, my partner has given TOEIC test, at the test center the administrator ask him to give only listening test and leave the reading test and said it it not required in ILR application.

But now we have read that although listening and speaking is only required but listening and reading is a complete test.

Anyone have applied with TOEIC test for ILR can please confirm this.
