schengen visa -directly in Embassy in Manchester

Hi,

Are there any country have their Embassy in manchester ? I am planning to apply for schengen visa for any of the country directly from their embassy and trying to avoid VFS since I end up in paying more if I go to VFS .They charge service charges on top of the visa fees.

Appreciated if some one provide any embassy in manchester

There is a reason why visa application submissions has been outsourced, I do not think it is possible to submit an application directly at the embassy who have outsourced this service, as doing so will render the VFS obsolete as you might imagine, except of course you are a family member of an EU citizen.
