Do you have your employment contract?

thank you for all the replies!!

SoHopeful: I do have employment contract but not intended to submit because it is a old contract few years back, the salary stated on there is not correct anymore. We don't need to sign new contract if the salary is increased.
I work for a commonly known high street company so hopefully will be ok?

Tbbcuk,
Please, find that employment contract, you've got a good chance than to ruin it with just one mistake.Get contract of employment, letter from your employer stating your gross annual income, the duration of the employment, stating it's fulltime, the nature of the job.
Think you need to get more info on this before you submit.
These people don't think the way you're thinking, they're just looking for slightest reason to refuse people.
Just a little advice.

I agree with the above post.
It's natural to have had pay rises and promotions from the same employer. The employment letter will cover the current situation regarding your pay/position.
