OCI Query

I had few queries for OCI, if someone could help would be great

1. In Part A where it asks for Passport details, I believe it should be your current non India passport ? Is that correct ?

2. Fees: Is the fees going to increase or decrease with the change in currency rates. The link http://www.cgibirmingham.org/index.php? ... ages&id=10 says as below

Rs. 15,000/- or equivalent in local currency for adults. For the children upto the age of 18 years, the fee is Rs. 7500/- or equivalent in local currency.
£ 175. In case of PIO card holders, it is £18.

3. The FAQs (http://mha1.nic.in/pdfs/oci-faq.pdf) say

10. How many copies of application have to be submitted?
Only one Set of Application has to be submitted for each applicant.

The pdf generated after inputting all the details says

11. This form when completed should be submitted in duplicate(both sets must have original photos and signatures along with enclosures)
