Past Earning - is this correct

Hi seniors,
I wish to apply for hsmp in the second week of August.
I am cosidering the following time duration for claiming past earnings:
16th June 2006 tp 6th Dec 2006 - this gives me 40 pts

If I can consider the duration 18th May to 6th DEc 2006 - this gives me 45 points.

Can you please advise if I can use the second time range and claim 45 points or is this outside the 15 month period?

Has anyone had a similar case? I seriously need some advise.

Yes you can claim, as far as it comes under last 15 months and it in under continuos 12 months of that 15 months.......
