ICT2 Visa granted Jan 2010; what further options?

Hi,

My ICT-2 Visa was initially granted on Jan 2010 (as stamp on passport)

Received BRP (Biometric Residence Permit) card this year:
Type: T2 ICT Long Term Leave to Remain
Currently valid till: 20 Jan 2015

What further option(s) do I have to:
(a) Switch my sponsor this year (worked for same company ever since) and
(b) aim to have ILR (indefinite leave to remain) next year? Please could you inform me on the applicable process/fees?

As your entry clearance and ICT were issued before April 2010, you should be ok to apply for ILR after 5 years minus 28 days.

What is the exact wording on your visa category (should be written on your BRP)?
