Penalty Fare Notice / Receipt

Post by srocky » Sun Jan 05, 2014 7:32 pm

Hi,

I got Penalty Fare Receipt on London Bridge, due to insufficent travel ticket on Oyster, I always buy season ticket and keep around £10 top up, but accidently around last august i forget to recharge my season ticket and used my top up without knowing and next day when i try to pass through London bridge my oyster didn't work, so i told the officer there and she told me that the season ticket on Oyster is already expired and she issued my Penalty Fare Notice/Receipt £20 which I pay her on the spot so on the paper recipt she gave me was Penalty Fare Receipt and cross the Notice. Can anyone help me is this something to concern about since Dec 2012 new rules, do I need to desclose this and how to disclose this in section 7 of SET(O) form?
