Hi Experts,
My partner and my self eligible for ILR in May 2013.
For English language requirement I have taken letter from UK Naric English language equilant to confirm her Btech engineering degree in 2011 from Andhra pradesh,India is equalant to CIFR Level 1.
Also got the letter from engineering college stating that medium of study is in English
My Wife has only Btech Provisional degree certificate. Is it going to be a problem
