Urgent help please guyz

i applied on the 09th of December for my neutralization but ever since i have not receive any acknowledgement letter or neither have the fee be debit yet from my account... so last saturday i wrote the Nationality Helpdesk regarding my application and i receive an email today asking me if i have a tracking reference number.. don't know which one is the tracking reference cause i was given two reference at the post office first one to track the parcel going and second to track when return back to me.. just want to know which one to send cause i haven't receive any update on my application at all... please advise me on what to do

Don't expect anything before Feb... they are still processing last week of Oct.. whole Nov to go before they even think of looking at Dec applicants. keep watching Oct/Nov Application timelines...
