Referee nurse

My friend's wife who is a registered nurse has kindly accepted to sign for me my naturalization application.She however wrote how she has known me as "a family friend".Is that OK? Your help please. I have got the NCS appointment on the 10th Jan.

My,
Nurse (RN, SEN or holder of a BA in nursing) is an acceptable Referee. NO Issues!! he comments have no adverse impact.
