documents required under two year spouse visa route

hi all some help regarding the two year route on spouse visa non eu


so far i have set up a joint bank account moving funds from my main account to the joint,

I have obtained a mobile contract on spouse name,

changed energy supplier for gas to spouse name now direct debit

I have changed the water bill to spouse name

have registered electoral roll spouse has been accepted

registered and used doctors surgery paying for prescriptions

I am saving bank statements myself and joint account


is there anything i am missing or the ukba would need from me I have proof of my income

2 year route? Not according to your previous posts. You mean 5 years made up of 2 x 2.5 year applications.

The SET (M) APPLICATION FORM has a list of suggested instruments to be used for this purpose.

Application submitted before july 2012 was granted last year so I assume its two year ?

Im interested whether the proofs are enough anything additional needed or taken in to consideration

If I was an advisor I wouldnt be posting on this forum as the advice given here may not be correct I would actually have the nessecary qualifications I thought this forum was designed to help people this thread is about me the other thread is about someone close who is anxious so if im breaching any rules I apologise in advance

Believe you me, there are many bogus advisers out there without the necessary skills, qualifications or knowledge. If you masquerade then people are bound to get annoyed as you'll confuse them. If it's not about you, then stipulate that.

sorry may 2012 application submitted im not hiding ive got issues :shock: is a standard ESOL acceptable or does it have to be a skills for life course
