A few questions re application forms

Hi,

I am filling in the citizenship application forms and I have a few questions.

1.6. Other Names - if my Name is John and I have no second name do I just put John or repeat my surname as well.
1.17. Address for last 5 years - If the address I have stayed at that I put as my current address in 1.16. is the place I have stayed at since arriving in the UK do I have to fill in 1.17 ?
2.3. In which country do you intend to have as your main home if you are naturalised? I wrote United Kingdom, should I have instead written England?
3.3. Name of business - I am trading as a sole trader under my own name, should I just put my full name here?

Other than these, I have filled in the forms. Thanks for your help.
