Tier1 general visa personal loan

Hi, I am in UK for last 3.5 years with ILR due mid year 2015. I have purchased land back in India and want to take loan for payments. Whole loan amount will be transferred to India so i will not be using any of it for showing earnings/maintenance funds etc. Does this affects my application next year in anyway or do i need to provide any documentation to BA for same despite not using any money from loan for claiming earnings/maintenance points.

I looked through documentation on BA but couldn't find any specific clauses pertaining to personal loans.

No.

You also don't need to provide any documentation to the Home Office as it does not have any direct relationship to your intended ILR application
