Need Help Urgently

Hello Everyone,

Currently I left my job under Tier 2 General, and my new employer agreed to sponsor me under tier 2 general and he is going to send all the documents tomorrow, I need more information on following:-

1. How long does it take to get licence?
2. Can I make application after my 60 days grace period is over?
3. If my previous licence is revoked can I make application after 60 days?
4. How this grace period is calculated, is it from the date your previous licence is revoked or any other date?
5. My grace period will be over at the end of this month?
