You need to show 5 years exercise treaty right for PRjorge wrote:I want to know after getting my retention rights. next year my RC will expire when I'll apply for PR.
Can i still apply using my ex-wife documents as EU family member?
Or I would Apply using only my own documents to get PR?
I'm divorce now with my wife but we're still good friend.
I just was confused because I saw some posts here where people are divorced are still applying for PR with documents of ex-wife as family member of EU citizens.
Thanks in advance
Does he need to send his ex-wife's documents (eg. passport) to support his PR application?askmeplz82 wrote:You need to show 5 years exercise treaty right for PRjorge wrote:I want to know after getting my retention rights. next year my RC will expire when I'll apply for PR.

- Your exercise treaty right 5 years after divorce
Or
- Your Ex wife treaty right + yours after divorce; example : 3yrs+2yrs or 4yrs+1yr
Passport or ID is a requirement according to the UKBA. There several cases where application refused by UKBAjorge wrote:Thanks for your replay. I did read thread but I still be confused.
Can I apply for my PR using only my ex-wife documents(eg:passorts, self-employment,bank statement, degree absolute, etc)?
