What will happen to the applications made before Nov 2012 ??

Hi Gurus !!
Does anybody know, what will happen to the applications made before Nov 2012 ??
Its been a long time now, how long more do we have to wait ?? Its really hard for those who were not allowed to work on their old visa like me ... Im so so fedup of this system ... please yaar reply must ... Thanks

I made my application on March 2013, biometric on April after that no news.till now. What does local mp means?. I could not work as well. I am fed up too....
