It is a shame you have left this so late. Assuming the student visa to be for longer than six months, if there was at least three months validity left on the visa then it would have been possible to apply for a Certificate of Approval to Marry and that would have cut out the need for getting a fiancé visa.my Peruvian partner is currently on a student visa only that expires end of January.
