Question about the shareholder in a limited company

I have question for what should be mentioned in Section 3 Good Character Requirement

In the occupation 3.1 and 3.2 what should be mentioned for the share holder in a company. My wife is the share holder, should she mention it as employee or business partner?

Neither. If she is not a director and doesn't draw salary, then she is not employed.
