ILR Income requirement for FLR(M)

Hi guys

I wanted to ask that the requirement of 18600 income to show ..

do i need to send bank statements aswell or just the payslips and p60 confirming my salary. i ask only as if i am require to send statements aswell my account has been running in Overdraft for a little while. is this going to be a problem or should i just send proof of income as asked by HO in form of p60 and payslips ,
and if i do need to send statements then how many months

my pay comes into my wife's bank and it has been in overdraft lately . is that going to be a problem as I take it i have to show bank statements aswell..

I get paid 4 weekly hence i get 13 pays in 12 months how do i work that one out as in notes they divide every thing by 12 months n not the payslips...

:-(( gutted n confused.

how do i calculate the income as per guidelines i have to divide by 6 months but i get 13 pays in 12 months so i miss out on a payslip amount and it affects my total incone calculation ?

Have you been working for the company for 6 months? Is the employment salaried?

i have been in contineous employment permanently with thm since august2012 and it is four weekly salaried straight into bank

Then the calculation will be:

The lowest gross wage slip in the last 6 months x 12

If every week is £358 or more gross, so every 4 weeks is £1432 Gross or more, you meet the requirement.

If not, take your lowest week's pay in 6 months and multiply it by 52 weeks to find out what UKBA will consider the salary.

in my payslip its not mentioned as weekly pay but it is calculated as 4 weeks but on my contract my gross b4 tax is £377.06...

In the last 7 wage slips (4-weekly) are any less than £1432 Gross?

i have checked and from today going back 7 payslips , the very furthest one which is on 2nd august is 1111.42 rest are all same at 1481.81

hi amber
just checked my latest payslip from yesterday and i was shocked to see a gross of 1407.31,, They have messed up my pay and i am missing a night's pay otherwise it will all be 1481 like the rest of them .. because of their mistake, i m worried what to do now , last 6 payslips are all 1481 but this one is 1407
i know i will get the money next pay but thats not the point, it has messed up the calculations i m worried wat to do .

they wont amend it they will just pay the difference in the next pay thats all they will do,

can i write a letter explaining what happened to the HO ih my application or also wait till april for p60 where i am sure it will show well more than 18600....

Then consider applying under Cat B and showing 12 months wage slips and bank statements.

So then if the employer states that your salary is £18600 gross or more per annum, apply under Cat B.
