ILR for dependant-Applied within UK (Timeline only)

Hi
Just wanted to know how much time is it taking currently for homeoffice to process the ILR for the dependant within UK.
I myself have applied using form SET (M).
Booked an appointment with Settlement Checking Service : 02-Dec-2013
Biometrics given: 03-Jan-2013

Poeple who have received their approval letter during this time may reply.
