COS- country of residence error- Please advice

Post by silanu87 » Thu Dec 26, 2013 12:32 am

Hi Beloved guru's, Big Fan of this forum

I am in the process of applying for a Tier 2 visa from PSW. I received my COS last week, and i was given a print out of the COS HR has submitted, I notice the country of residence is listed as India, not UK. Everything else is correct, my UK address, COP number and Salary. I have already booked my PEO appointment for the 4th of Jan, but I don't think the person in charge of the SMS is back from leave by then. I got a few options, reschedule the PEO appointment for another date, and asked HR personal to add a NOTE to the COS, or trying ur lucky and apply for the VISA . Please advise what would be the best option.

Thanks

I think best possible is to wait for the HR person and get a letter from the employer
