ILR dependent query-10 year basis

Hi,

my 10 years will be up in Feb 14, if i apply for ILR on 10 years basis can my dependents (wife and kid) apply at the same time with me?
my wife is here in uk for around 4 years, someone told me that once you get ILR on LR basis , your dependents need to pass 2 years as ILR-dependent regardless of how many years they have already spent in uK, is it true?

No, Set(LR) does not allow 'family' applications. Read the link below for info as your wife will have to switch to FLR(M) before her current leave expires.
