Recived acknowledgment with incorrect sir name spelling

Hi All,

I received an acknowlegement letter yesterday dated 10/01/2014.. but it has my incorrect sir name spelling.. just wondering... if they send me the approval with incorrect sir name spelling as well?. any thought.. or I am just being extra concious....

send an email or call home office to let them know of the mispelled surname.
