EEA 2 whom to inform abt change of address

Hi, I am moving to a new place. How can I inform UKBA about the change of address? Any email or contact no? I tried the 0845 no but unable to reach a human being. All computers.

Really? I never had an issue, nor needed to wait long. There are three options on the switchboard you need to go through, but after that they connect you to someone directly.

Change of address can be done online. But the most effective way is to write them and if you wish you can send them a prepaid envelope showing new address.
