No Decision After Appeal was Heard on 18th Dec.

Hi Everyone,

I had my appeal on 18th December but still awaiting decision. I called the court today and was told that my decision is reserved. Does anyone have any idea how long it will gonna take. I am in kind of desperate situation because of my family.

Waiting SInce 10th October since the Decision was Withdrawn and Appeal hearing was cancelled, really really Frustrated

Assalamoaalikum Usman, I will love that to happen in case, so that HO cancel hearing and give me a long wait so that my 10 years get completed:)

Nothing yet it has been over a month. I called my solicitor today and he said nothing can be done we will just have to wait. I am really frasturated even with courts. I thought they reply quick but they same as ukba.

Any suggestion what should I do now to get my appeal decision.
