Changing jobs on Tier2 General

Hi,

I'm currently on Tier 2 General (Aug 2011 to valid until Aug 2014). I have an offer another company and they are ready to sponsor my new Tier2 General. My current salary and the new salary is well over £40,000 and is well above the average salary for the Job Role listed by UKBA.

The question I have is, if I change my employer (sponsor) before the 5 years, are there any issues in getting my ILR (Permanent Residency)when it is due in 5 years since I first came to UK (Aud 2011). If I continue with the current employer I'm more less certain of getting the ILR by Aug 2016 will it be the same if I change my employer ?

changing employers under T2G will not affect your eligibility for ILR.
