tier 1 general to ILR, income claim period, rota shift

Post by gogosofa » Mon Jan 20, 2014 12:55 pm

Hello everybody,

my tier 1 general via will expire on 22/06/2014, therefore I'm on the way to prepare ILR.

base on this condition, I target to claim my income period may13 to april14.

however my current income source is from rota shift which comes out different per four-week income amount and one week late paid date. Below is an example how it works for my situation. So could you please guide how should I calculate income claim period?

Work Period From To Pay Date Gross Pay
week 50-52 04/03/13 24/03/13 01/04/2013
week 1-4 25/03/13 21/04/13 29/04/2013
week 5-8 22/04/13 19/05/13 24/05/2013
week 9-12 20/05/13 16/06/13 24/06/2013
week 13-16 17/06/13 14/07/13 22/07/2013
week 17-20 15/07/13 11/08/13 19/08/2013
week 21-24 12/08/13 08/09/13 16/09/2013
week 25-28 09/09/13 06/10/13 14/10/2013
week 29-32 07/10/13 03/11/13 11/11/2013
week 33-36 04/11/13 01/12/13 09/12/2013
week 37-40 02/12/13 29/12/13 06/01/2014
week 41-44 30/12/13 26/01/14 03/02/2014
week 45-48 27/01/14 23/02/14 03/03/2014
week 49-52 24/02/14 23/03/14 31/03/2014
week 1-4 24/03/14 20/04/14 28/04/2014
week 5-8 21/04/14 18/05/14 26/05/2014

Thank you in advance and appreciated for your time to study my case.
