Fund requirement

Hi
I want to apply for tier 1 entrepreneur visa. Fund to be invested is £200k.
My money is partially from cash, and also from my property.
Yet I don't want to sell my house before confirming a go to uk.
Will the valuation report of my house outside uk issued from bank acceptable?
