Best English Test for SET(M) for Spousal Settlement

Hi,

Been a while since I have been on these boards. Last time was 2 years ago when my wife applied for her initial Spousal visa. The time has arrived for her to apply for settlement which I believe is the SET(M) form.

My main query is the English test in which she needs to get a score for B1 level. What would be the best test to take and one that is available in the West Midlands? For the initial spouse visa she took the TOEIC test for the A1 level.

Any advice is much appreciated.
