I have seen so many visa application refused for a reason of not having equal access to 50000 investment fund. I will advice you to try to open a joint account and transfer all fund so to give you equall access to fund. It is very important as I have even seen an appeal dismissed with two team members having investment fund in their respective personal accounts.
Hope this helps

@ muni4you, if you are unable to open a joint account/business account, then you both need to sign a declaration for each other stating that you give each other the permission to use funds in your accounts and the declarations should be attest by a legal representative.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.

Hi. What's the problem to open joint or business account? What do banks say?

My friend and I are unable to open a business account because we do not have at least 6 moths of valid visa. On the other hand, our immigration adviser suggested to put 50K in only one of our personal account because if we open a joint account we need to transfer the whole 50K into that joint account in within a short period of time. Is it possible to put 50K in my account and just mention that my teammate has access to my 50K funds as well?
