just one last thing that when photo copying passports do i need to photo copy all the pages or just the page with details?

It was a success Amber and havent got words to thank you ...Really really appreciate all your effort ....
now moving forward to her naturalisation will her 3 points on licence which she got in may 2011 for using mobile gonna affect ...i did mention them in ilr application....

Not if it's just a FPN. However, unless you're British she has to wait 12 months anyway.

we have decided to go ahead and apply for her BC but while filling the AN shall i tick 6.7 and put details about her points in 6.8 ??

If she has a conviction, it must be declared - 3.6 and you should wait until 3 years has lapsed from the date of conviction unless you have money to waste.

I know I said 2, but that's with discretion if you can show:

If you have a single (one) conviction (non-custodial) and it occurred within the first 2 years of the 3 (i.e. you have had no offences within the last 12 months), there are strong countervailing factors which suggest that you are of good character in all other regards and the decision to refuse would be disproportionate then it may be deemed an exceptional case and your application may be granted (exceptional grant under section 10(b) of Chapter 18, Annex D) despite 3 years not lapsing since the date of conviction.

everything is fine in accordance with your last post i will declare in 3.6 but how about ticking 6.7 and writing something in 6.8 on form AN...

Yes, you should write a statement if applying earlier, explaining how the conviction was out of character, how everything else in exemplary and asking them to apply section 10(b) of chapter 18.
