Did your lawyer send the application more than 28 days after you were notified of invalid application?

Thank you quantum1 for your response. No, she didn't. She replied about 10-15 days later.

Brother..

I am here on 9 Years and 3 months... and just need 9 months to finish my 10 years legal stay..

Same like you.. many solicitor say to me that.. you send FLR(O) .. and then wait so that you cover your 10 years..but some solocitors suggested me that they will make your application invalid and send your docs back.. and your whole 9 years will be waste..

Is it true brother ?????

please guide me...

Angyee wrote:Thank you quantum1 for your response. No, I was notified on the 25th January and I have the letter acknowledging receipt of application dated 10th February. So that was about 10-15 days gap.

Thanks Brother Riz

But they say.. as I spend 7 years 3 months on student... and if I apply and they refuse.. they might not even give me right to appeal..

Is this correct ???

And even if I dont qualify.. will they allow me for appeal ????

And does this FLR (o) work ??? as some one said .. they make application invalid and send it back..

Please guide me

There is nothing to do wid how long u hv spent in UK.If u made ur application just before ur current leave expire u will get a right of appeal.u can read tier 4 staff guidance on UKBA website for your own satisfaction.

@ smir, you can use postal order as form of payment and they wont be able to give any excuse if you still doubt their efficiency.

Thanks Olasinkanmi

One question personally

What will be good option for me as looking my situation

1. Just apply any student Visa for extension and wait for refusal and appeal

Or

2. Just apply human rights article 8 and just try to extend 9 months

Please suggest

Smir brother both of us r on same boat.
I have left 11 months to complete 10 years.
Do u have family here and kids???
I don't understand why solicitos advise u to fill in FLRO form. If u r applying under private life ( human rights) than u need to fill in FLR fp. New form introduced in dec 2013.
