SET(M) Application help

I was issued a spouse visa which from 10/January/2012 to
10/April/2014, I entered the UK on 15/March/2012.

I am absent from the UK for almost one year, as I was pregnant in the UK and leave the UK for
giving the birth to my son in the hometown.

My questions is:

1. As I was nearly one year outside the UK during the 2 years
probationary period. Am I still eligible to apply ILR after the 2
year probationary period?

2. if does, When can I apply for ILR? Can I apply in person or by
post?

3. Any other suggestions ?
