Hi Every one, i am new to this site and will just like to share my situation with you guys to find out if there are others out there in similar situations.

My time line is as follows

FLO O- parent of a british child ( baby's dad is maried to another woman)

Date of application: 25th April 2013
Date Received ::26th April 2013
Aknoledgement letter : 8 May 2013
Biometrics letter : 8 May 2013
Biometrics sent: to be done
Decision : waiting

i am not an overstayer.

has any one been in the same situation in this forum? please share your stories

Have you by any chance heard from UKBA? If you meet all the requirements then you should have no problems.
