penal warrent

hi i have couple of offences but one of my traffic offence brought me to court and i was fined but i totally forgot to pay the fine and now i heard that i have a penal warrent issued on my name.can anyone know how to clear this ..i dont want to get arrested. and will that be a big problem when i apply for citizenship in 2016.

Oh dear....please get in touch with your solicitor and go & present yourself at your local GArda station

IF i present meself to garda station they will defo send me to prison lol which i dont want.i rather try solicitor.any good solicitor in mind?
