wrong wording on ROR

wrong wording on ROR

Hey guys..I received my ROR on A4 sheet but the covering letter states same wording which i received at the time of my first RC.
I wrote a letter to the case worker and asked him to sent me the,correct wording letter that i retained the rights of residence.its over 10 days now.still no reply from the caseworker..what yoh advice me to do?Do i call them?or ignore it?

same thing happened to me. have sent the case worker letter over 5 working days, still no reply.
please keep me posted how its going with you. will do the same.

Yes ill inform you.did you sent your letter to durham or liverpoole?I sent it to liverpoole.

another forum member received it after 2 months but average waiting times i think 45 days

EEA Residence Card : 07/2010 - 7/2015
EU Settled Status: Confirmed on 16th July 2019
Naturalisation : Confirmed on 02nd Oct 2020
Passport Approval : 21st Feb 2021

you don't need the letter. Immigration officer in the airport knows who you are and your status.
