Education Penalty Notices - need clarification

I had applied for a term school leave for my child for 5 days which was refused as unauthorised leave with a probable Education Penalty Notice fine of £60. I am ok with paying this fine since I need to take her visiting my home country for an important close family function. My worry is - would this lead to any kind of problems (conviction records) when I apply for my ILR in 2016 or my employment here? I am curently on a tier 1 visa. Requesting for your expert opinion to clear my doubt. Thanking you in advance.

Sorry to bother you guys on this...but would appreciate if you someone could answer to my query. I did try searching for a past case on this but couldn't find anything specific since all past cases are on driving penalties. Thank you.
