Hello
I applied entrepreneur visa as a team using 50 k route on 31 jan 2013
Funds UK
Visa expired 1Feb 2013
Refused on 25 march (no access to 50 K)
Hearing on 24 sep
Appeal dissmissed on 4 Oct

Made fresh application on 13th Nov 2013
Funds overseas in personal account
Biometrics on 25th Nov
Approval letter 9th Jan
BRP & Documents on 14th Jan
Many congratulations mate. Just a quick one, I heard you can make a fresh application within 28 days after the dismissal of appeal but you applied roughly after 40 days. Any idea how much time is allowed?
Much appreciated. Thanks.
Thanks mate!
I applied within 28 days
After my appeal dismissed, I applied to UT from where I was refused on 25 Oct.
Many thanks for the quick reply.
Another short one, did you apply yourself both times or via immigration adviser/agent/solicitor?
Thanks again.
I think this should not make any difference whether I applied by myself or through a solicitor. The most important thing is to do your home work, still, if you can not do it yourself then definitely concern a legal adviser.

Many thanks for your reply. My query wasn't intended to get into your personal matter. After refusal from FT, I applied for an appeal in UT but they denied the permission to appeal (same as your case) but my solicitor says I only have 7 days to make fresh application where I believe its 28 days. So I was wondering should I listen to him or just apply myself within 28 days?
Thanks.

Just search for the businesses related to your suggested/running business in the vicinity of your business premises on the internet, take their businesses names, contact details etc and make a single A4 page of that. That's it job done!

Re: Contracts

Post by mehulchamria » Tue Jan 21, 2014 8:01 pm

Hi Guys,

I was just wondering what happens if the contract you submitted ends while your visa is in process and you start a new contract? My visa is still under process and I have a new contract on offer. Accepting this new contract means quitting the current one. Can I accept that new contract? Will it not create any issues if UKBA verify contract after I leave my current contract?

Please Advise.

Personally, I do not think that it should create any problem. If UKBA wants to verify the old contract at all, still they can do it but it should not cause any problem. At most what UKBA can ask from your client will be all about the contents of your contract, irrespective of the validity of your contract, and if the client can satisfy them its ok then.

I do not know about section 47, and I was asked if I could not make a fresh application within 28 days then I had to leave the country after the dismissal of my appeal in the first application.
