Does change of job effects FMRS?

Dear Immigration Board Members,

My wife has an FMRS application in progress. I registered under the WRS with a part-time job 10 hours per week. If i change my job, does it effect my wife's application? What do i need to do? Register again or send a letter to the WRS? If i take another part-time job, what should i do? Is it enough if i registered with one job? Please advise me.
