Hi,
It may not be a nil day after all. I just checked my special delivery and it has been received this morning...however im not home to check it and cannot do so until tomm evening...lets hope its the approval!! The SD number matches, so its definitely from the HO with my current passports...not sure if the approval will be in that SD envelope...got to wait till tomm now!! Will keep you all posted..

Applied, 24th October, Received by HO on 25th October, Fees taken on the 19th December..SD delivered this morning..although there was no sign of it in the tracking last night..

Will keep u posted before my record can be updated..

People r still waiting from october. I hav applied on 18 octobr receivd by 19 octobr n payment deductd on 13 january and now waiting for the postman to knock the door.
But iam so much disappointd that no approvals r coming forwrd. Not even from late octobr forget abot novembr

I've received my approval as well the ceremony letter today. My timelines below

Method of application: NCS, Wokingham
Date of application: 10/10/2013
Date of acknowledgement: 1/11/2013
Date of debit of fees: 30/10/2013
Date of approval: 18/01/2014
Approval Letter Recd: 29/01/2014
Date of Ceremony: 12/03/2014

I've applied naturalisation myself and for my son(4 years). I've received approval only for me and my son is name is nowhere mentioned in the approval letter. Will I receive a separate approval for my son? Also the invitation letter from the council, does not include my son name. Please advice.

Congratulations kris. Your son does not require to take an oath so his certificate should arrive by post. Don't worry too much about it. Just relax it's nearly over.

I have checked our records and can confirm that no decision has yet been made on your application.
Don't know why they are doing ???

It seems none of my predictions are working. Dr should take a retirement
which e-mail address did you use shak80 I will give it a try but from others experience and as stated by HO the staff may not be able to give an update unless 6months are over. However some of the people have said to have got a confirmation over the phone and through e-mails. Very confusing though.
