hi guys, if the baby of an eu national was born after 1 and half years of residence in ireland , wht can be proved , and before coming and going from ireland . i mean cant prove documentry tht eu national was residing in ireland... Any chance for the baby to get irish passport.thanks

You should be exercising your EU treaty rights for at least 3 years in Ireland, and you should have a reckon-able proofs for that. After 1 and half years of residence is not good enough. Your baby is not eligible for Irish passport at this stage.

If one of the parents is a British citizen then the baby can assume Irish citizenship.
