APPEALED GOT DATE JUNE 9 AND MY TEAM MEMBER DATE 12 SEPTEMBER

WE GOT 95 POINTS
REFUSAL REASONS
1--WE DIDNT DONE GOOD MARKET RESEARCH
2--I DIDNT MENTIONED THAT M ALREADY RUNNING COMPANY
3--WE GAVE 1 CONTRACT WHEN WENT FOR INTERVIEW THAT GUY ALSO APPLIED TIER1 AND REJECTED THEY SAID HE IS NOT TRADING AND NOT GENUINE CONTRACT.
4--SPELL MISTAKE Y INSTEAD OF I IN CONTRACT.

NOW MY TEAM MEMBER WANT TO MARRIED WHAT IS BEST FOR ME

@ HNJ, if your business is already trading then you can get ready your own 50k separate funds so that you will be able to present it if ask for funding update if you win your appeal.

so what I have to send to court with my bundle
I send experience letter
company appreciation letters both contract bcz he said one contract from previous employer and one another enterpneure person and he is not satisified.
he said I did not mentioned that am already running another company from march 2011 which was not necessary to tell.
