12 Months earning out of 15 months

Post by KASHIF830 » Fri Jan 31, 2014 11:01 am

Hi Guys,

I hope everyone is fine by blessing of God, I have one query to ask that we have to show our 12 months earning in out of 15 months means we can take any 12 months from last 15 months. I have to show my earning from April 2014 to March 2015 and have to apply for ILR in May 2015. I am doing full time employment but I still need £ 4000 to £ 5000. short to complete my earning so, I will do part time job from 2nd employment for 6 months. Can I show my part time earning from April 2014 to September 2014 ( 1st 6 months), and full time from April 2014 to March 2015 or I must show 12 months in part time as well because I want to get remaining earning in 1st 6 month and continue full time for 12 months. Can any senior please suggest should I take 1st 6 months or last 6 months for part time employment to show remaining 4000 to £ 5000.

Thanks,

The HO is not bothered about when and the nature of job I.e. part time or full time and or even both. The key thing make sure you meet the targeted threshold figure in 12 months irrespective of when or the combination of job. Just get or earn all you need any how and when ever possible. I hope this helps.

HI Kashif

As previously stated, it does not mat mater how and when you earn as long as you are paying due tax and the income can be claimed in 12 months within last 15 months period.
