Tier 2 General - NQF Level6 Qualification

Hi,

I am currently employed with a company and my job title is Network Engineer but in UKBA website it shows that it comes under level NQF 4. So they have told me they can change the job title for me . Then i have found Technical Architect under NQF level6 which under £35k. So could someone please let me know whether i can proceed my visa application with that job title and salary? One of my friend told me that salary should be £40k for experienced workers so i am bit worried now.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Network Engineer comes under the level NQF Level 6 and it comes under "SOC 2139 Information technology and telecommunications".

Please refer the soc code document.
