How long will take to get visa after appeal ?

Hi,

Applied for Entrepreneur visa on 22/02/2013 unfortunately application has been refused and went to court got success result on 17th Dec 2013.

It is more than 1 month waiting for my visa

I would like to know that is there any option to get visa quickly ?

any advice much appreciated (y)

I had my appeal allowed on 21st January. Can't wait to get my docs back.

Judge can't not just say this.

determination can be either appeal allowed, appeal allowed and ask HO for reconsideration or dismissed.

Which one is yours?

Appeal was allowed and also fee has been refunded

did you send any letter to the your case worker. If the appeal is allowed to the extent the case is remitted to your caseworker for new decision. Ask your solicitor to chase that up for you.

My appeal was allowed on 6,Dec,2013. And, I am still waiting for my documents. Does anyone has any idea how long does home office usually takes. Also, after the appeal has been allowed can home office request more documents. I am aware that they can appeal to Upper Tribunal against the decision of First Tier Tribunal, but I assume that time frame has passed in my case. All I want to know how long do they usually take and could they request more documents. It's been a long wait. I had initially applied in Nov,2012. Almost 15 months, loosing patience but trying to remain positive.

This forum is great, read so many posts. Everyone shares their bad n good experiences and offer great advice. Just hoping to receive some.

At the bottom of court decision was this
" I allow these appeals for reasons give above. The decision of the respondent was not in accordance with the immigration rules and the law "
from your point of view do I need to wait for while of send a letter to caseworker ?
