Can we work after refusal and before making a appeal......

Hello Guys,

I applied on 10th Jan 2013 and got the refusal on 30th Jan 2014 and I am going to appeal on in 3 days. The reason they gave was useless
1] spellings mistake done during interview
2] Not sure of the corresponding address I gave.

They have awarded me all the points but rejected based on the reason above.

I am worried about working after I get the refusal and before I make appeal. I know for sure we can work after we appeal under section section 3C but I am not sure what are the teams and condition between the refusal and appeal.

Any suggestion will be of grate help.

@ warhead, section 3C extension of your previous leave started when your previous/last visa expires and that I guess happen when your application was still under processing and it continues until after the appeal process has been completed or abandon.
Just make sure you submit your appeal within the time frame and your previous leave will still continue under section 3C.

Actually during the interview she asked me the spelling, which I don't know who I miss spelled it.
