ukba hv posted 2 letters

Hi
As most of u knows I hv applied in Nov 2012..after that no news...I hv just called ukba and they told me that today they have sent 2 letters to my address...as I hv Applied after my visa expiration.so I think I will not get rright of appeal..so I m assuming is....
One letter would b refusal...and the other would b my documents....
Guys what do u think???? Any idea...

Hmm...I will say, This can be a refusal with the right of appeal.

Because you have 28 days prior to expiry of your VISA.

HO should either ask you in written that y did you apply after expiry of your visa and they should have asked you to provide a valid reason for delay.

BUT if they have decided not to write you to ask the reason for delay, then They should provide you right to appeal to present the delay cause later in court.

@ razi1234, the letters could also be your approval letter and documents because HO don't send back documents in most cases if visa is refused as they withhold all documents and passport. So be patience and hope for the best.

Any 1 else plz shed some light on this particular scenerio. .
Let's see after 1 year and 4 months what hv I got..
My friend told me that they send documents back with refusal letter if they don't give right of appeal

Wait till tmw and you will have the answer ..... I hope its a good news .... if they mention about sending documents then it can be a approval letter in one envelope and documents in another envelope or letter.

in regards to refusal and send documents back I doubt it they send documents back if they refuse your application, as docs will be given to you prior to departures if you exhaust all your appeal rights etc.

but don't worry be positive and everything will be fine.

yes khan i hv posted different on diff thread
one pack was my documents and passport and approval letter,other pack was the documents which i sent them later,,and today i hv got brp card through dx courier,thanks
