TIER 2 LICENSE REVOKED

My brother visa is Tier 2 General, But unfortunately his employer Tier 2 license is revoked.

His employer filed judicial review against decision of UK Visas and immigration through his counsel.

Due to delivery of his child and one pending court hearing in Pakistan. He has to return to Pakistan for 06 weeks to sort out everything.

Is there is any sort of hurdle to entering in to UK from Pakistan (even judicial review application is pending in court)

Can UKBA issued 60 days letter even his employer waiting for hearing of HIGH COURT?

His employer solicitor says you will get entry in to UK in all means, Because your employer filed judicial review is pending in High court.

Please shed some light
