Allowed appeal challenged by UKBA

Hello all,

My appeal was allowed by the first tribunal and now it's being challenged by UKBA can someone please tell me what are my chances to get VISA for UK as my wife is there and i haven't seen her in one year.....

Why was the spouse visa refused in the first place?
Spouse Application: 7th January 2013
Application Refused: 18th March 2013
Appeal Allowed: 29th May 2014
Visa Stamped: 7th August 2014
FLR (M): Applied in Person at Croydon 12th April 2017
BRP Recieved: 18th April 2017

My visa was rejected on two bases they said I haven't got enough proffs and I have intentionality over stayed my student visa which expired (due to chages in college status which i was not informed by ukba or the collage.)
