Citizenship Queries

Post by currydixon » Tue Jan 28, 2014 7:06 pm

Hello

Finally I have booked my British Citizenship application appointment through NCS. I have ILR since Nov 2012. I was too lazy to apply for naturalization but finally I have decided to go for it... :D

I have MSc degree from UK University.
Query 1
Form AN 1.22 - what should i tick in'' AN EITHER '' ?

Query 2
Section 5 : Refrees
I have started form filling long time back, One of referee declaration dated on 27/12/2013, Now I have appointment in 11 Feb 2013. Almost 30 + days old. Will it be still valid?

Thanks

Question 1.22 - you should check "I have obtained an academic qualification..." and "(ii) the qualification was taught or researched in the UK"

Your referee will be fine.

B - her full name + her surname before marriage
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
